Current Conditions

Day-Use: Open
Surface: ICE
Launch Ramp: CLOSED DOCK HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR WINTER SEASON
Campground: Open.
Water Temp: 35 degrees
Water Level: 89% full.
Fishing Conditions: The fishing is average right now. utahfishinginfo.com/dwr/fishingreports.php
Ice Thickness: Thin layer of ice in places on the reservoir but some
open water.
Ice is Never 100% Safe! — Do not judge ice safety on thickness alone. Ice does not form or maintain a uniform thickness. Snow, wind, slush, temperature, and other factors can cause ice thickness and strength to vary greatly, even within inches. Recreate on ice at your own risk and verify ice thickness as you head out. ****For more information on current conditions, please click on the facebook link on the right hand side of this page under “CONNECT”. This will take you to our Otter Creek State Park Facebook page where we share information and photos. You can also directly message park personnel any questions or comments you have from that page.
Much of the water in the park has been shutdown for the winter season. The fish cleaning station is closed as well as the campground bathrooms. The day-use area bathrooms will remain open through the winter.
If you would like to make a cabin reservation during our walk-in season (November to early May) call the park at (435)624-3268. Leave a message if no answer and we will get back to you. Thanks!
